1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Slidy Creator mobile application (the "App"), developed by Vadim Morozov. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2 What the App Does

Slidy Creator is an AI-powered tool for generating text-based slide carousels and stories for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads. You provide a topic or voice prompt; the App generates structured carousel content using artificial intelligence.

3 Free and Paid Access

The App is available in two tiers:

Subscriptions are processed and managed through RevenueCat via App Store or Google Play. Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the respective platform's policies. We do not process payments directly.

4 User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Not create, distribute, or publish content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Not use the App to produce spam, discriminatory, offensive, or knowingly misleading materials
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its underlying infrastructure
• Not use the App in any way that could harm other users, third parties, or the App's availability

5 Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and branding elements of Slidy Creator remain the property of the developer. AI-generated carousel content is produced automatically and may incorporate patterns from training data. You may use generated content for personal or commercial purposes, but you may not claim exclusive copyright over purely AI-generated output, nor use it to infringe the rights of third parties.

6 Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties that:

• AI-generated content will be accurate, original, legally safe, or suitable for your purposes
• The App will operate without interruptions, errors, or data loss
• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or content generated by it.

7 Third-Party Services

The App integrates OpenAI, RevenueCat, and Firebase. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions of these third parties.

8 Changes and Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through an App update or in-app notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors' use of the App.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
