Keep the hashtags to a few local ones. #fall is a wall of ten million posts; a location tag does more.

Batch them. Fall content is easy to plan ahead: shoot a week of photos on the first good weekend and caption them as the season goes. When the month turns, the Halloween lines pick up here.
